Tax Advisor:**
Location: Cyprus
Format: Limassol office
Employment: full-time

Responsibilities:
-Researching, analysing and interpreting changing tax legislation in Cyprus and overseas (Eupore, Asia, Africa, etc.).
-Carrying out detailed computations to calculate tax liability on deals and advising on this issue. Creating tax strategies.
-Providing advice and guidance on taxation issues, producing reports and presentations for management.
-Ensuring the company performance is tax-compliant.
-Dealing with tax authorities, auditors and external providers on tax issues.
**Requirements
**-Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, accounting, finance or economics.
-3+ years of relevant work experience with international tax issues (at least 1.5 year experience in past 5 years).
-Work experience in a related field.
-Outstanding knowledge of international tax legislation (corporate tax, VAT, property tax).
-Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Russian.
-Analytical mind, attention to details.
-Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Treasury Analyst**
Location: Cyprus
Format: Limassol office
Employment: full-time

Responsibilities:
1.Arrange for obtaining and accurately storing supporting and closing documents and files

2. Maintain up-to-date records of bank and other transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.

3.Transactions monitoring and recording in internal control systems. Preparing and maintaining detailed financial documentation and records.

4.Communicating constantly with other teams to obtain information and updates on payment-related and various other issues

5.Collaborate with senior financial analysts to develop insights and recommendations.

6.Monitor and reconcile bank account statements to ensure accuracy and integrity.

7.Maintain up-to-date records of bank transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.

8.Conduct routine checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data and reports.

9.Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

1. Education and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
· Relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory
· Fluent in English and Russian
2.Technical and Analytical Skills:
· Proficiency in financial software and tools (Microsoft Excel advance user experience is mandatory).
· Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information.
· Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve them efficiently.
3.Work Experience:
· 2–3 years of experience in finance, back office or related roles.
4.Soft Skills Skills:
· Team-worker and also able to work independently.
· Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in a dynamic work environment.
· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written, Russian and English)
· Positive mindset
· Result oriented attitude, able to work under pressure and within deadlines.
