Hi 🙌 We are looking for a People Partner from Warsaw for an international product iGaming company with a Curaçao license. Established in 2019, it has grown into an entertainment platform in more than seven countries, especially in India.
**Requirements:
- 2**+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role (HR Manager, People Partner, HR Generalist) in IT/Digital companies.
- Strong knowledge and experience with HR processes: from onboarding to offboarding, performance evaluations, and 1-on-1 meetings.
- Ability to conduct interviews (1-on-1), evaluations, surveys, and other formats to gather feedback and share insights.
- Experience in creating individual development plans (6-12 months) and adjusting them as needed.
- Proven experience in fostering corporate culture and implementing new HR solutions.
- A proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
- English: at least B2 level.
**Responsibilities:
- C**ommunicate and collaborate with a remote team of employees.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, adaptation, 1-on-1 meetings, exit interviews, etc.).
- Develop strategies with the HRD and implement them into daily processes.
- Integrate and maintain employee data in the CRM system (PeopleForce).
- Hold personal and motivational conversations, resolve conflicts, and support team members when needed.
- Participate in creating and implementing company policies.
- Help design and analyze surveys, and contribute to building evaluation systems (e.g., 180°, 360° assessments) and ongoing analytics.
