💎Requirements**
Experience in a position 6 years+
English level: C1
- Have a robust technical background with a strong focus on practical work, such as coding, developing prototypes, automating processes, and improving engineering practices, which should occupy about half of their time.
- Allocate roughly half of their time to strategic planning and creating diagrams based on project needs.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Go and Kubernetes.
- Be skilled at identifying and resolving system bottlenecks to enhance reliability.
- Have a minimum of six years of experience following graduation.
- Ideally, have experience with languages like Java, .NET, or Scala, though this is not a strict requirement.
- Show a willingness to collaborate and mentor less experienced engineers.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, being modest, receptive, and supportive.

🧑‍💻**Responsibilities
**- Offering technical advice and mentorship to team members.
- Demonstrating a broad understanding of technology to choose the right tools and systems for the team.
