We are lookinf for Complience officer with qualification in Law and experience with iGaming licenses. Position to office in Limassol, team is russian speaking.

Required skills:

Graduate in law with the qualification civil law,
2+ year experience in relevant role in iGaming;
Fluent English, both verbal and written;
Good level of computer skills, experience in spreadsheets
Basic knowledge in Project Management
High sense of responsibility, motivation & result driven attitude
Good analytical skills and attention to details


Responsibilities:

Monitor changes within the regulatory environment and communicate information to all relevant employees (CLO, CMO etc.) to provide guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements and compliance.
Supervision of marketing Material approval + creation of handbooks for marketing/affiliate departments.
Review agreements for affiliate program, including IOs, bloggers, streamers and so on current markets.
Review marketing / offline / advertising services agreements.
Review agreements/materials for conferences.
Agreements review and drafting as may be needed with game providers.
Preparing due diligence and completing KYC forms during onboarding.
Supporting the signing of contracts by company directors.
Assisting with any other ad-hoc duties for the smooth running of the legal department.
