His project is a mobile social network that allows users to maintain deeper connections with friends and family while maintaining maximum privacy. They believe friendship is one of the most underappreciated human values, that is important for a fulfilling life, for mental health and for longevity. The mission is to make friendship more deep and meaningful for the next billion people. The company is building a social app based on deep tech, which uses AI, ML, and face recognition to provide a social experience for a wide audience. Now they are looking for a talented Product Designer to join the team.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll own the digital product design vision for the company and be responsible for elevating the quality of user experience
Partnering with the CEO, CPO, CTO, and other colleagues. Together, you will be actively involved in defining user and business problems
Together with the team, work on new hypotheses and creating apps to bring innovative ideas to life.
Develop intuitive user interfaces and experiences
Work across the whole user experience, including customer acquisition, conversion, and retention experiences
Building Web funnels to test new product hypothesis
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Concept and Design: Generate innovative ideas and concepts for new features and enhancements that align with our product vision and user needs.
Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that provide intuitive and delightful user experiences
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
Requirements:

At least 5+ years of experience designing digital products for mobile platforms
Passion for designing complex user journeys, attention to detail, and ability to communicate and articulate design decisions effectively
Experience with prototyping and user testing
Be creative around innovative user features
English - Intermediate+
It would be great if you also have

Prior experience working on Social apps
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile app design.
Experience with A/B testing, or designing in analytical/data-driven contexts

Strong communication and leadership skills ability to align cross-functional teams
