📍 Position: Venture Capital Analyst/PE Analyst
📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus (onsite/remote)
📍 Employment Type: Full-time

🔎 We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client Flintera - private equity firm dedicated to driving success for its international IT portfolio companies, with a focus on high-growth industries across the EU, America, and other major markets is looking for a Venture Capital Analyst/PE Analyst to analyze companies in SaaS (b2b) and HealthTech (b2c).

📌 Responsibilities:
• Analysis of companies in the pipeline;
• Structuring of transactions from series B to majority recap;
• Preparation of investment materials: reports and models for fund partners;
• Support of the current portfolio;
• Interaction with entrepreneurs and partners to collect information;
• Conducting competitive analysis and market monitoring to identify potential investment opportunities.

📌 Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Higher education in finance, economics, business or similar discipline;
• Experience (3+ years) in venture capital investments, especially in SaaS (B2B) or HealthTech (B2C), or in financial analysis of startups/tech companies;
• Knowledge of the specifics of SaaS and B2B models: understanding of subscription business models, customer relationship management, analysis of customer retention rates, churn rate and CAC;
• Experience in creating financial models;
• Experience working with deals with the following geos: US, LATAM, EU, GCC, India;
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data;
• Good knowledge of financial instruments and business valuation methods;
• Proven experience in conducting due diligence and operational risk assessment;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Knowledge of English B2 and higher.

🔎 We are currently seeking a QA Automation (Python) to join their team.

📌 Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement automated tests for end-to-end validation of our services;
• Write complex SQL queries to validate and ensure data integrity;
• Integrate CI/CD approaches to automate testing processes.

📌 Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with complex queries for data analysis;
• Proficiency in Python for test automation and scripting;
• Experience in big data related projects is a plus.
