✋️HR/Office Administrator (Part-Time)

Attention! This is part-time job with 4 hour/day schedule.
We are seeking the HR/Office Administrator who will be responsible for supporting various HR and administrative functions. In this role, you will process documents for the issues and extension of visas, tracking deadlines, and coordinating the delivery/pick-up of documents from agents.
Key Responsibilities:
📍Prepare onboarding and offboarding documentation for new hires in Cyprus
📍Order snacks and beverages for the office to ensure a comfortable work environment.
📍Monitor the work of the cleaning staff to maintain office cleanliness and hygiene.
📍Liaise with the landlord and property management company regarding office maintenance and services.
📍Visit government offices (Water Board, Social Insurance, Tax Office, Notary, etc.) as necessary.
📍Organize corporate events and business trips for employees.
📍Other HR and and administrative functions.
Qualifications (Requirements)
📍Proven experience in HR or office administration is preferred.
📍Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
📍Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
📍Familiarity with local regulations and administrative processes in Cyprus is a plus.
📍Having your own car is mandatory (fuel reimbursement provided)
Official contract, 28 days paid leave, paid sick leave, part-time job 4 hours per day.
Salary: up to 1500 Euro NET
