As a DevOps at IREV, we are looking for a DevOps engineer who will be the key to ensuring our platform remains stable and efficient at all times. If something isn’t working, you’ll find a way to fix it, and if everything is running smoothly, you’ll look for ways to make it even better. Your role goes beyond maintaining infrastructure — you’ll actively introduce new technological solutions that drive us forward. Working closely with the product team, you’ll create impactful changes that boost our platform, making it faster, more reliable, and more user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
Support production/development environments
Development and implementation of architectural solutions
Standardization of CI/CD tools
Universal Helm-chart approach implementation
Build Single Sign-On solutions
Continuous improvement of our monitoring system
Develop best strategy to detect/prevent SPOF

Stack: PHP/Golang/NodeJS, Nginx, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Vault, Docker, Gitlab-CI, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, Clickhouse, Loki, Graylog.

Our ideal candidate will possess:
Versatile experience and a willingness to handle a wide variety of tasks.
A proven ability to find a "needle in a haystack" — diagnosing and troubleshooting complex multi-component systems.

Will be a plus:
Experience working with DigitalOcean
Experience with a similar tech stack will be a significant advantage

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing environment that encourages continuous improvement.
* Effectively distribute tasks among team members, balancing the workload to optimize productivity and ensure timely completion of projects.
* Design and implement high-quality, scalable solutions that effectively address complex business requirements and enhance system performance.

* Take a proactive role in feature development and ongoing maintenance of the product using Node.js and Angular.
* Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features by effectively managing the development process and addressing any issues that arise.

Our ideal candidate will possess:
* A proven track record of at least 1 year in a Managerial or Team lead role.
* A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience using TypeScript (Node.js) in a professional setting.
* Experience with Microservices is a must.
* Experience with Frontend Frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher.
* Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
* Experience with ClickHouse and Mongo will be a plus.
* Familiarity with Docker and Git version control systems.
* Knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
* A deep understanding of web technologies, client-server communication, and RESTful API design.
* Experience in building CRM or ERP systems will be a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA
