IREV is seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager with a strong focus on creating and managing social media content, strategies, and campaigns. As the SMM, you will develop and execute comprehensive social media and public relations strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. This role also requires some outbound engagement and the ability to attend conferences and industry events. The ideal candidate should have a passport that allows for easy international travel, with a focus on social media angles, strategy, and content consumption.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Creating and publishing regular content to the company's LinkedIn profile: updates & announcements, vacancies, company news, and event participation.
• Creating and publishing regular content to the company's Telegram profile.
• Creating and publishing regular content (posts, stories, and reels) to the company's Instagram profile.
• Preparing and publishing cross-promo posts on social media.
• Develop and manage full-cycle UGC posts.
• Proactively communicate with all departments to produce needed content on time.
• Oversee content production: find and collaborate with creators, find photographers and videographers to record content during events, and oversee production and posting.
• Proactively suggest adding new content directions, and formats, suggest influencer collaborations or other activities.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track campaigns' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Participate in bi-weekly marketing calls providing insights into current & future tasks and plans.

Our ideal candidate will possess:
• Fluent in English, with Russian as a plus.
• Experience working with B2B social media accounts, both for marketing and lead generation.
• Experience managing LinkedIn, Telegram, and Twitter.
Understanding and active use of metrics such as ROI and ROAS.
• Content writing skills and basic-level video editing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating compelling content.

As a Backend Developer, your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining microservices using the Moleculer framework.

Key responsibilities:
* Develop new features and functionalities for our applications, collaborating closely with product managers and front-end developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
* Work with microservices architecture, designing, developing, and maintaining backend services that are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
* Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain backend components of our applications.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Node.js, ensuring high performance and reliability.
* Strive to ensure your code is covered by unit tests.
* Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
* Work closely with front-end developers to integrate back-end functionalities seamlessly.
* Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.
* Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA or clients.
* Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development processes and products.

Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Redis, Microservices/Moleculer, Jaeger/Graylog

Our ideal candidate will possess:
* 2+ years of commercial experience in Node.js development.
* Knowledge of Moleculer, MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse, and PostgreSQL would be considered a great plus.
* Have experience with debugging microservice request
* Understand the intricacies of HTTP and TCP/IP.
* Possess a solid understanding of data structures and data types.
* Are well-versed in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
* Have practical experience with API utilization and design.
* Have an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
* Demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning and self-improvement.

Additional Skills That Would Be a Plus:
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Docker-compose, including the ability to containerize services.
* Prior experience in developing web services.
* Proficiency with web frameworks like Angular or similar.
