We are seeking a Family Office Manager who thrives on challenges and possesses the skills to effectively manage processes and documents at a high level. You will work with a variety of cases, where your ability to quickly find solutions and organize tasks will be invaluable. You will be at the heart of operations, interacting with banks, legal service providers, and our clients.

Key Requirements: Essential Skills for Success 🔑📑

• Experience in asset management, legal consulting, or related fields;
• Upper Intermediate level of English for effective communication with international partners;
• Ability to handle large volumes of documents and create clear and structured systems for organizing data, ensuring timely entry into CRM systems;
• Knowledge of banking and legal procedures, with experience working with financial institutions and legal providers;
• Ability to find solutions even in the most complex situations and maintain effective communication with clients;
• Creative thinking and flexibility when working with diverse client cases.
