📍 Position: Finance manager/Accountant
📍 Location: Cyprus
📍 Full time employee
 
📌 Responsibilities:
• Handle the full cycle of accounting, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Process payments to clients, influencers, and employees, including salaries and bonuses.
• Oversee day-to-day cash flow, banking operations, and currency exchange (including cryptocurrency if applicable).
• Prepare financial reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and other documentation for tax and auditing purposes.
• Maintain and update accounting records in Xero (or equivalent software).
• Ensure timely payment processing and adherence to financial schedules.
• Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors and banking institutions, as needed.

📌 Requirements:
• Proven experience as an accountant or finance manager in small to medium-sized companies or startups.
• Proficiency in Russian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
