Position: Business Development Manager (CIS)

❇️ Key Responsibilities:
⁃ Overseeing and growing the IB network across CIS nations
⁃ Ensuring the maintenance and growth of strong IB partnerships
⁃ Supporting business expansion and marketing efforts
⁃ Managing projects and tracking performance metrics

📝 Required Skills and Experience:
⁃ Fluent in Russian
⁃ Previous experience in the Forex brokerage industry is crucial, with a background in working with or managing IBs, or being an IB yourself
⁃ Demonstrated success in recruiting and managing IBs within the CIS Forex market
⁃ Strong understanding of IB commission structures, incentives, and business models tailored to the CIS region
⁃ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in Russian and/or other languages of the CIS countries
⁃ Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external partners, with a proactive mindset
⁃ Analytical skills, with experience in utilizing CRM systems and performance tracking tools
⁃ Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team to meet shared goals

🔑 Preferred Qualifications:
⁃ Proficiency in English or other CIS region languages is a plus
⁃ Familiarity with MetaTrader platforms and knowledge of the Forex market in the CIS region
⁃ Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the Forex industry in CIS countries
⁃ CySEC certification
