Hi, we are a recruiting company called Art2Hire. We are looking for a IT Project manager for our client, a fast-growing and innovative player in the iGaming space.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Type: Office, full-time
Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee multiple software development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and successful execution within budget
Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and financial forecasts, keeping all stakeholders aligned
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and product management, to achieve project objectives
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies to ensure smooth progress
Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards, align with client expectations, and adhere to Agile or other relevant methodologies
Drive effective communication across teams and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement
Requirements:

At least of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), with expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
Upper intermediate in English (written and spoken), with native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
Would be a plus:

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification would be a plus
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
Understanding of DevOps methodologies and familiarity with related tools
Basic knowledge of programming languages and software development frameworks
