Product Marketing Manager for MSP360 Marketing Team (Only Cyprus based)

Now we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategies for our cloud backup solutions for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product development, sales, and customers, ensuring our product messaging resonates with our target audience and drives measurable business outcomes.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends for cloud backup solutions.

• Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that differentiate MSP360’s offerings in the market.

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Sales Enablement: Create and deliver sales tools, presentations, and training materials to empower the sales team to effectively communicate product benefits and close deals.

• Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging marketing assets, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and webinars.

• Customer Advocacy: Partner with customers to develop testimonials, success stories, and feedback loops to enhance product credibility.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product strategies are well-integrated and supported across the organization.

• Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies.


✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry.

• Strong understanding of cloud backup solutions, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace ecosystems.

• Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in creating customer-centric messaging and sales enablement tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Highly collaborative with excellent project management skills.

Technical Writer for MSP360 Marketing Team (Only Cyprus based)

Now we are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will join a Marketing Team who work collaboratively with developers, sales and support engineers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams (product, development, support) to obtain a deep understanding of the product and its content needs.

• Produce high-quality articles, whitepapers, case studies, feature overviews, and other customer-facing materials.

• Create engaging tutorials, "how-to" guides, and knowledge-base articles to help end users make the most of MSP360 products.

• Work with external writers, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging and technical accuracy.

• Build and maintain a content delivery calendar to ensure timely creation, review, and publication of content.

• Monitor and analyze content performance from an SEO and lead generation perspective, using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

• Identify opportunities to optimize content for improved search engine rankings and user engagement.

• Analyze existing and potential content for reuse and single-sourcing opportunities, improving efficiency and consistency.

• Establish and maintain an organized information architecture for all written content.

• Work with the marketing team to ensure technical content aligns with overall branding and messaging strategies.


✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in software or IT-related industries.

• Strong ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content for technical products.

• Skilled at quickly grasping complex technical concepts and simplifying them for a non-technical audience.

• Excellent written communication skills in English, with attention to grammar, tone, and accuracy.

• Experience managing and collaborating with external writers.

• Familiarity with creating and managing content delivery schedules or calendars.

• Knowledge of SEO principles and ability to optimize content for search engine performance.

• Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to measure content performance and inform strategy.

• Familiarity with single-sourcing techniques and reuse principles.

• Proficiency in using content creation tools, including MS Office, documentation software, and visual editing tools.

Now we are looking for a talented C++ Developer who will help us in developing world class software used by hundreds of thousands of customers.

✅ Responsibilities

⁃ Development of functional at the system level (kernel modules, daemons) and application level (functional modules, user interface) for operating systems of the GNU/Linux family;
⁃ Support and improvement of existing solution;
⁃ Active participation in project activities: identification, coordination, and adaptation of software requirements, interaction with other project participants (managers, programmers, and QA);
⁃ Participation in system architecture design, selection of approaches, technologies, and development tools;

✅ Requirements

⁃ 3+ years of C++ development experience;
⁃ Knowledge of Qt 4/5/6 frameworks;
⁃ Experience with the standard library and basic set of boost libraries);
⁃ Understanding of principles/approaches/architecture of GNU/Linux operating systems;
⁃ Knowledge/understanding of OOP/OOD/OOA;
⁃ Understanding of principles for developing multi-threaded, distributed, high-load applications;
