Responsibilities:
- Manage a team to effectively deliver communication for customers.
- Take part in the team related administration (progress updates, performance monitoring, hiring).
- Manage a flexible model that enables scaling up and down of PM resources based on project demand.
- Support, coach and manage team performance, recognise and utilise individual strengths to achieve optimum benefit and common objectives for the team.
- Manage the training and development of PMs and define the training and career paths to provide consistency and growth opportunities.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Work experience as a Team Lead PM from 2+ years (a team of 5+ people).
- Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of KPI & OKR Methodology.
- Understanding of the full cycle of marketing processes.
- Experience in setting up and making changes to Jira, Confluence, Portfolio Plugin, JQL Queries.
- Management skills: Leadership, Managing and measuring work, Risk management, Problem-solving, Team building, Drive for results, Organizing, Delegation, Accountability, Control, Coordination, Stress Tolerance, Facilitation.
- Extensive experience in process change and implementation.
- Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions.
- The ability to work in multitasking mode.
- Knowledge of the English language is not lower than Upper-Intermediate.

Will be plus:
- Experience working with marketing teams or projects.
- Work experience in the field of betting.
- Experience in analyzing and changing business processes.
