📍 Position: Business Analyst

🔎 We are Headshot Recruitment Agency and our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join their team.

📌 Responsibilities:
• Gather and define payment-related business needs with stakeholders.
• Analyze changes and recommend improvements.
• Provide insights from payment data to support decisions.
• Document payment processes, including methods, gateways, and fraud prevention.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for seamless system integration.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and product managers on payment solutions.

📌 Requirements:
• 2-4 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in fintech or payment systems.
• Knowledge of payment workflows, gateways, and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS, AML, KYC).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and requirements management tools.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and Russian.
