Junior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Compile and organize data for regular reports.
- Collaborate with senior financial analysts to develop insights and recommendations.
- Provide assistance in creating financial models and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitor and reconcile bank account statements to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain up-to-date records of bank transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial documentation and records.
- Work with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (Microsoft Excel is mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial
- Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve them efficiently.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance or related roles.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in a dynamic work environment.
