π Headshot is a dynamic recruitment agency that specializes in connecting talented individuals with their dream jobs and our client is seeking a highly motivated and creative Head of Marketing to join their team.
π Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development & Execution:
β’ Ensure creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on the promotion of a web browser application, ensuring alignment with overall business goals (50% MAU growth every year) and user acquisition targets (1M+ quarterly).
β’ Develop and execure short-term and long-term marketing plans to drive downloads and retention for the browser.
User Acquisition & Growth:
β’ Design and execute campaigns to drive user acquisition and increase browser downloads across different platforms (desktop, mobile, extensions).
β’ Manage the growth of the user base by identifying new channels and opportunities to increase market penetration, including targeted advertising, partnerships, and promotions.
App Store Optimization (ASO) & Web Optimization:
β’ Lead ASO strategies for improving the browserβs visibility in app stores and on relevant download platforms.
β’ Ensure the application is optimized for search, conversion, and installation metrics on app stores and other digital platforms.
Brand Building & Positioning:
β’ Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the web browser, ensuring a consistent voice and messaging across all digital and traditional marketing channels.
β’ Position the browser as a top choice for privacy, performance, or any other unique selling points in the highly competitive browser market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
β’ Work closely with the product and development teams. PR to ensure marketing initiatives align with product features, roadmap, and user experience.
β’ Collaborate with customer support teams to gather feedback, identify pain points, and refine marketing messages.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
β’ Continuously monitor, measure, and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns (e.g., user acquisition, ad performance, retention rates) to identify areas for improvement.
β’ Leverage data insights to optimize campaigns, improve user retention, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Customer Retention & Engagement:
β’ Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving user retention and re-engagement, including loyalty programs, in-app messaging, and targeted email campaigns.
β’ Monitor user feedback and behavior to enhance the overall user experience, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
Budget Management & Allocation:
β’ Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently to maximize results while staying within financial limits.
β’ Analyze the cost-effectiveness of various marketing channels and campaigns to ensure optimal resource distribution.
Reporting:
β’ Provide regular reports to senior leadership on campaign performance, ROI, growth metrics.
π Requirements:
β’ Proven experience in app promotion (figures and cases with real breakthroughs) worldwide
β’ Ability to bring a million users in the first quarter of work
β’ Focus on numbers and ability to do everything on your own (with your hands)
β’ Experience - YouTube, Google, Google Analytics, Social (TikTok), metrics
β’ English language β B2 and higher
