Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and execute AI strategy in alignment with business objectives.
🔹 Manage and mentor a diverse team of AI researchers and engineers.
🔹 Develop cutting-edge AI models and architecture, focusing on Fully Generative State (FGS).
🔹 Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to innovate.
🔹 Identify new opportunities for AI application across industries.
🔹 Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic and research institutions.
🔹 Champion ethical AI development and minimize biases.
🔹 Oversee AI infrastructure and ensure optimal resource allocation.
🔹 Align AI research initiatives with broader company strategy.
🔹 Proficiency in English (C1 level).

Qualifications:
🔹 Ph.D. in Computer Science or Machine Learning.
🔹 7+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience, including leadership roles.
🔹 Proven track record in AI research, development, and practical implementation.
🔹 Strong expertise in machine learning, NLP, and computer vision.
🔹 Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
🔹 Experience managing large teams and bridging the gap between academia and industry.

Preferred Experience:
🔹 Expertise in large-scale AI systems and distributed computing.
🔹 Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible development practices.
🔹 Familiarity with AI hardware acceleration (GPUs, TPUs).
🔹 Understanding of Google Cloud AI/ML tools and services.
