𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🔹 Execute and align AI strategy with business objectives.
🔹 Lead a diverse team of AI researchers and engineers.
🔹 Develop FutureAI’s AI models and architecture, focusing on Fully Generative State (FGS).
🔹 Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams.
🔹 Identify new opportunities for AI implementation.
🔹 Foster partnerships with academic institutions and research labs.
🔹Ensure ethical AI practices and address biases.
🔹Oversee AI infrastructure and resource management.
🔹Align research with overall company strategy.
🔹 English C1

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
🔹 Ph.D. in Computer Science or Machine Learning.
🔹 9+ years in AI/ML, with experience in senior leadership.
🔹 Proven success in AI research and development.
🔹 Expertise in machine learning, NLP, and computer vision.
🔹 Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
🔹 Experience managing large teams and bridging academic research with business.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
🔹 Experience with large-scale AI systems and distributed computing.
🔹 Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible development.
🔹 Knowledge of AI hardware acceleration (GPUs, TPUs).
🔹 Understanding of Google Cloud’s AI/ML offerings.
