Обязанности:
• Техническая поддержка клиентов компании в чатах, электронной почте и по телефону.
• Контроль работоспособности сервисов и оборудования компании.
• Информирование ответственных сотрудников о неполадках.
• Консультирование клиентов по предоставляемым услугам.
• Написание технической документации.
Требования:
• Понимание принципов работы сетей передачи данных (стек TCP/IP и модель OSI).
• Хорошее знание протоколов HTTP и TLS.
• Умение пользоваться инструментом Grafana.
• Базовые знания конфигурационных файлов nginx (желательно).
• Навыки работы в Linux Shell и SQL.
• Опыт работы в клиентской технической поддержке.

• Проведение scrum-рутин (планерки, планирования, груминги)
