🔥Position: CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER

Your Experience:
✔️Experience in project management in the field of video (UGC) production and motion design for at least 2 years
✔️Knowledge of video editing stages and post-production processes.
✔️Team management and hiring/freelancers research skills
✔️Ability to multitask and respond quickly to changes
✔️Experience in planning, managing timings and budgets
✔️English level is B1 or above
✔️Russian will be a plus

Your Responsibilities:
🔹Сreation and maintenance of the creative production process
🔹Compliance with content production deadlines: each task must be completed within 1 day after the task is set
🔹Search and management of UGC editors and motion designers:
🔹Project Management
🔹Organization of production
🔹Meeting deadlines and budgets
🔹Communication with the team

Your Experience:
✔️Proven experience managing a team of producers for non-gaming projects (1+ year)
✔️An established network of creators
✔️Successful experience working with UGC content and understanding of current trends
✔️Experience working in media buying teams and understanding traffic and performance metrics
✔️Skills in developing and implementing workflows
✔️Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus
✔️Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities

🔹Managing the Producers Team (3 members)
🔹Creating UGC Content
🔹Building Relationships with Creators
🔹Collaboration with Project Manager
🔹Collaboration with UA Managers and Project Manager
