🔥Position: HR Generalist

Your Experience:
✔️2-3 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles
✔️Familiarity with Cyprus labour law and HR compliance
✔️Experience with immigration procedures in Cyprus, including managing work permits and employee relocations for EU and non-EU employees
✔️Fluency in Russian, upper-intermediate English (Greek is a plus)
✔️Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Your Responsibilities:
🔹Prepare, maintain, and update employee documentation, including contracts, onboarding materials, and termination paperwork
🔹Oversee onboarding, ensuring new hires have smooth transitions with access and documentation set up as well as offboarding tasks such as termination agreements, exit documentation, and record updates in HRIS
🔹Manage employee migration process, work with immigration agencies for work permits, renewals, terminations and other cases
🔹Assist in the recruitment process for selected roles, including posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments
🔹Assist with the administration and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, languages, sport benefit and others
🔹Provide general HR support, assisting with administrative tasks and contributing to HR initiatives
🔹Support planning and execution of corporate events
