Currently, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join us!

Location: Belarus, Poland, Lithuania.

Requirements:
4+ years of DevOps experience;
Strong knowledge of Linux and networking;
Good troubleshooting skills and basic application debugging;
Production experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP);
Strong knowledge of container runtimes/tools (Docker, Compose, Kubernetes, ECS, Helm);
Strong knowledge of IaC and GitOps concepts/tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible);
Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts/patterns/tools (GitLab, Bamboo, ArgoCd (Argo Workflows, Rollouts);
Experience with JVM-runtime applications (monitoring, scaling, troubleshooting);
Scripting experience (Bash, Python);
Experience in distributed, serverless architectures;
Experience in monitoring systems and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, Victoria Metrics, Grafana Loki, GCP Stackdriver, AWS CloudWatch, ELK or EFK);
Hands-on experience with SQL databases PostgreSQL/Oracle (SQL queries, performance optimization, ETL, scaling, replication, backups);
English B1+.

Nice to have:
Experience as a System Engineer, Linux Administrator, or Network Administrator;
Experience with Oracle cloud, Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Linux-based systems to ensure reliability, security, and optimal performance;
Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues at the Linux and Kubernetes nodes to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency;
Monitor, analyze, and optimize resource usage and system performance with a focus on high availability of Kubernetes clusters and stable node operations;
Maintain, improve, and automate CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and enhance software delivery speed;
Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of resilient, scalable, and secure platform architectures that meet business needs;
Implement security best practices to safeguard systems against vulnerabilities and threats;
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
