Senior Architect
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join a real estate developer in Cyprus for a wide range of high-end residential projects.
As a Senior Architect, you will be involved in the entire design process, from conceptualization to construction, ensuring that all projects meet client expectations, are compliant with regulations, and are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Manage design through all phases of design and construction, from initial concept to final execution.
• Design Review & Approval: Oversee design reviews, ensuring compliance with local zoning, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Team Management: Mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of architectural quality and design integrity throughout the development process.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 PQE in architectural design, preferably within property development.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio with a variety of projects, particularly in luxury residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (MUST), SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite and knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability principles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Languages: Greek and English a must, Russian is a bonus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure precision in design, compliance with codes, and adherence to client specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing design challenges and site-specific constraints.
• Preferred Qualifications: REVIT proficiency.
• Familiarity with property development processes and understanding of real estate market trends.
• Experience in managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
