• Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and develop strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects.

🎓 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience.
• Fluent in Russian and English (verbal and written communication).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
