We are a gaming company in Limassol seeking an HR/Recruiter with 3+ years’ experience, fluent in Greek, English, and Russian, to lead recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for various positions within the company.
● Utilize a variety of recruitment methods and tools to attract top talent.
● Collaborate closely with top management to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing efforts, networking, and candidate referrals.
● Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
● Assist in other HR-related tasks and projects, as needed.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
● Fluent in Russian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
● Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
● Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
● Highly organized with great attention to detail and accuracy.
