Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for various positions within the company.
● Utilize a variety of recruitment methods and tools to attract top talent.
● Collaborate closely with top management to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
● Fluent in Russian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
● Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
● Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

3. Have keen user experience observation, innovative spirit, broad vision, and the ability to enhance the aesthetics of the project;
4. Have certain game art project management experience and understand the game art outsourcing process;
5. Be able to analyze and learn from the art performance of similar products, and have a deep understanding of the combination of product style and design;
6. Good team communication skills and sense of responsibility.
