IREV is seeking a skilled and passionate Technical writer/Content writer with a love for crafting clear, concise, and engaging documentation. As a Technical Writer, you will create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation for complex IT products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure all content aligns with the software development lifecycle and best documentation practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex technical products and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product content, including customer manuals, product guides, UI texts, release notes, and API documentation in English.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product managers, and designers, to gain a deep understanding of the product and its documentation requirements.
- Organize documentation within the knowledge base to ensure users can efficiently locate specific information and related content.
- Translate complex topics and highly technical information into clear, user-friendly language.
- Create visual diagrams and schemas to improve understanding of technical processes.
- Exhibit strong research and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

- A minimum of 2 years of industry experience as a Technical Writer, Content Writer, or in a similar role.
- Experience with documentation publishing tools such as Atlassian Confluence, Jira Software, Postman, or similar.
- Familiarity with the "docs-as-code" approach in professional environments.
- Advanced-level proficiency in English.
- A portfolio showcasing examples of your documentation work.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and best practices for documentation.
