Client Accountant

📍 Limassol, Cyprus

Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our client, a Russian owned legal company, have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join their office in Limassol. The company has been established for over 15 years and has since grown to become a well-respected and stable firm.  The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, handling their accounting. Responsibilities
- Monitoring all bookkeeping and recording transactions in the accounting system and registration of income and expenses for local and international clients.
- Preparation, management, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Preparation and review of internal reports at regular intervals (as requested by the firm’s management).
- Communication with clients to collect necessary documents for the bookkeeping purposes.
- Management of income/revenue and taxes, and preparation of income tax return declarations, V.A.T. declarations, social insurance declarations, and other declarations in compliance with the applicable legislative and regulatory framework. TaxisNet/TaxPortal service (preparation and submission of OSS, VIES, V.A.T.)
- Preparation and submission IR7 Forms.
- Preparation and submission/calculation of SDC and GHS.
- Regular liaison with external auditors to organize and update financial records of companies.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Around 5 years of experience in a similar client accountant role in Cyprus
- Thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Knowledge of Cyprus applicable Tax, VAT, Social Insurance and other relevant legislation shall be considered as a vital, additional qualification.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in financial and accounting software and tools.
- Knowledge of Intelisoft will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluent in English (Russian will be considered as an advantage)
- Must be eligible to work in Cyprus without the need of a visa

Marketing Officer (Russian speaking)

📍 Limassol, Cyprus

Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our client, a corporate services company involved within the real estate sector, are currently looking for a Russian speaking Marketing Officer to join their office in Limassol. The company has been established for over 10 years and has since continued to expand. The ideal candidate should have some experience within marketing preferably in real estate and will be working independently to plan and execute marketing strategies for the company. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute, and manage effective advertising campaigns.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with both local and international agents in order to expand the company’s network.
- Collaborate with designers in creating advertising materials, including writing clear and persuasive content for websites, brochures, catalogues, and other promotional tools.
- Coordinate with designers, illustrators, printers, photographers, production companies, and other participants involved in marketing campaigns.
- Conduct search engine optimization in collaboration with IT specialists using various techniques.
- Review, edit, proofread, and check spelling and grammar of the texts in existing content in English and Russian.
- Write press releases and news articles related to property in Cyprus.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing (preferably, in real estate/property sector).
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Russian
- Strong communication skills, friendly, team-oriented, and organised
- Must be eligible to work in Cyprus without the need of a visa
