We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the FinTech and money remittance industry.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving product marketing, supporting growth through content creation, customer experience enhancement, and competitor analysis. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, customer acquisition, design, and development, to execute successful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

- Helping the product team to develop product marketing collateral and scenarios such as website pages, blogs, white papers, videos, decks, and data sheets supporting the buyer's journey, as well as, communicating the value of Company;
- Providing the analysis of competitors;
- Developing pricing models in terms of generating profit for the Company;
- Overseeing the creation of compelling messaging, value propositions and content;
- Utilizing the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints;
- Working closely with the Product Managers in order to find the best solutions for the product offers;
- Supporting the development of customer case studies and testimonials in order to help to demonstrate the value of Company for its customers;
- Cooperating with the Company’s customer acquisition team and assist the team in launch of the paid marketing campaigns, as well as provide the analysis of such campaigns;
- Cooperating with the development and design teams in order to improve product performance;
- Cooperating with Content manager and creating promotional content for email marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years' experience in marketing
*Proven experience in product marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
*Experience in developing pricing strategies and conducting competitor analysis.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
*Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
*Fluent in English and Russian (must).
Proficiency in French is a plus.
