Duties
- Manage and streamline processes within the company's divisions, conducting planning and meetings;
- Motivating and managing and supervising the team to achieve business targets;
- Constant interaction with department heads;
- Evaluating and improving the company's existing processes to improve performance, readiness and expertise in building business processes from scratch;
- Developing and implementing an effective innovative strategy for business growth and scaling;
- Ensuring fulfillment of the company's strategic and financial plans, achievement of targets and performance indicators;
- Stimulating growth of the company's business indicators and risk mitigation;
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with partners;
- Analyzing market and competitor trends, tracking new trends and tendencies, testing hypotheses, implementing best practices to identify strategic opportunities and minimize threats;
- Digitization and control of key indicators, preparation of performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for the owner of the company.

Must have:
- Proven experience of business development in high-risk conditions in the spheres of iGaming, Gambling in the position of CEO;
- Deep understanding of the sphere, market dynamics and key players;
- Successful experience in scaling the business and entering new markets;
- Extensive network and valuable industry connections;
- Experience of implementing and managing change;
- Financial and commercial literacy;
- Higher education

Duties
- Managing the marketing department, hiring the necessary team members;
- Creating a strategy and selecting relevant communication and promotion channels for B2B and B2C business;
- Formation and implementation of marketing plan and budget;
- Developing and implementing a unified management system:
1. development of monthly planning system (plan, fact, deviation);
2. digitization of the results of the department employees' work;
3. implementation of a system of weekly departmental planning meetings (shearing of information, reporting on figures, suggestions for improvements);
4. defining key weekly and monthly tasks for each employee and the department as a whole;
- Implementation of effective tools for attracting and retaining traffic;
- Building an analytics system and automation of work;
- Connection of all possible sales channels (B2B project);
- Developing strategy and launching products into new international markets (B2B and B2C projects);
- Reputation and brand management (B2B and B2C projects);
- Participation in general team meetings, interaction with the business owner.

Сheck-list
Must have:
- Minimum 3 years in marketing in an Igaming (Casino/Betting) company, including experience with PR / Brand Marketing.
Higher education in marketing, business or similar fields. Additional certifications will be an advantage.
Deep understanding of Influencer Marketing principles, ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, analytical skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate a team, excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English from B2 (knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage)
