Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other creative methods to communicate iLobby’s value proposition.
• Develop effective messaging and outreach strategies to attract new prospects.
• Leverage prospecting tools such as SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Alyce, and Qualified to their fullest potential to create a pipeline of qualified opportunities for your assigned accounts.
• Proactively approach and engage potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Schedule product demos with Account Executives by converting existing account prospects.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and learn from one another.
• Attend and represent the company at conferences and industry events.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Our ideal candidate will posses:
• At least 1 year of experience in software, SaaS, tech sales.
• Fluent in Russian (both spoken and written), proficient in English.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• At least 1 year of experience in online casino, affiliate management, or an equivalent field.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to work hard to overcome any knowledge gaps.
• Coachable and eager to learn, with a willingness to receive and implement feedback.
• Highly motivated and self-starting individual with a can-do attitude, a goal-driven mindset, and a high degree of initiative.
• Ability to deal with people professionally, sensitively, tactfully, and diplomatically at all times.
• Attention to detail in all areas of work, with excellent problem identification and problem resolution skills.
• Aptitude for technology, and the ability to learn by doing.
• Drive and creativity are a must.
