We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a leading agency specializing in collaborations with influencers, predominantly in the gaming and entertainment industry, including online casinos.
🗣 We are currently seeking an HRD to join their team.
✍🏼 Key Responsibilities:
• Build an effective and continuous candidate pipeline. Develop recruitment metrics and processes, set up ATS systems, and coordinate the work of recruitment teams.
• Work with the C-level team, have a deep understanding of business processes and objectives, and differentiate between roles and responsibilities in the company. Participate in strategic planning and support company growth.
• Develop and implement HR processes, including onboarding, performance reviews, monitoring KPIs and OKRs, and managing knowledge bases.
• Build the employer brand, including promotion with minimal budgets, CSR activities, and developing corporate culture.
• Be open to feedback and see criticism as a tool for improvement rather than a negative factor. Constantly improve HR processes based on data and analytics.
✍🏼 Requirements:
• Experience working in high-risk sectors (e.g., grey niches).
• Deep understanding of recruitment and HR process development.
• Skills in integrating ATS systems and CRM.
• Experience in building employer branding with minimal costs.
• Strong ability to work with analytics, track KPIs, and link business metrics to HR performance.
• Flexibility and the ability to balance company and employee interests.
