🔹Position: SRE Engineer

Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced SRE Engineer to join our office in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure monitoring systems to ensure the stability and reliability of infrastructure and services
- Configure monitoring dashboards, alerts, and metrics to track system health, performance, and reliability
- Proactively monitor alerts and respond promptly to resolve issues based on established procedures and best practices
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement, facilitating troubleshooting processes
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting activities, including investigating system failures, diagnosing issues, and implementing corrective actions
- Work with urgent technical issues escalated by the customer support team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address incidents and minimize service disruptions, ensuring a high level of availability and performance

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, System Administration or similar roles
- Proficiency in managing and configuring the production observability systems (zabbix, prometheus, graylog, ELK, etc)
- Basic knowledge of linux
- Basic understanding of network fundamentals
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
- Knowledge of security best practices
