We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher to supercharge Ultimate Guitar. You’ll shape Ultimate Guitar’s design and user experience, using insights to drive innovation and keep our platform rocking for musicians and guitar lovers everywhere.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end UX research projects focusing on UG’s design and brand experience.
- Conduct a variety of research methods, including usability studies, surveys, interviews, contextual inquiries, and data analysis.


Required experience:
- 3+ years of UX research experience, with a strong background in mixed methods research (qualitative and quantitative).
- Strong knowledge of research methods, including usability testing, surveys, interviews and data analysis.
- Fluent English
