- Experience with Confluence is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work in alignment with US time zones
🎯
Responsibilities:Calendar Management:- Coordinate and manage the COO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (e.g. assisting with TravelPerk).
- Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure optimal time management.
Documentation:- Assist in drafting projects updates in Confluence.
Meeting Coordination:- Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings.
- Support the coordination and organization of board meetings, executive team meetings, and other critical events.
Project Management:- Assist the COO and CEO with special projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
