Customer Success Manager (Limassol)
AscendAd, a leading user-acquisition solutions provider for app developers and agencies, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our international team, as we grow into new markets and expand our client base.

Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of several accounts and often being the face of the company to all clients in all business and operational matters.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance on a daily basis.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet your monthly KPIs
- Ensure that our solutions are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Continuously monitor and analyze user acquisition data to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc)
- 2-3 years of experience managing international B2B clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- “Hunter” personality - you will constantly look for new opportunities to grow your business and accounts by being actively engaged with your customers
- Team player skilled at motivating employees and colleagues; task and goal-oriented
- Positive customer success understanding and ability to maintain long term business relationships with international clients
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Excellent listening and negotiation abilities
This is a Full-time position (Hybrid).
The office is located in Limassol.
