My client is looking to hire a creative Head of design with the below requirements. They operate in the financial services industry and they are one of the stable and established companies in the market.
Experience and requirements needed:
-3-5 years of experience in design, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or lead designer role.
-Proven track record in designing for diverse needs including digital, branding, social media, and corporate materials.
-Previous experience managing a design team and collaborating across departments is a must.
-Previous experience in finance, fintech, tech, gaming and similar industries is a plus.
-strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design tools.
-Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles, branding, and typography.
-Ability to balance creativity with business goals, with a strategic mindset.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire a team while effectively managing priorities.
-Ability to collaborate across departments and present ideas clearly to both design and non-design stakeholders
