The Technical Support Manager will be overseeing and managing the daily operations of the team,ensuring excellent client service. The role requires strategic mindset to be able to implement KPIs,improve procedures and foster a customer first culture in alignment with business goals.

The role is based in Limassol and it's onsite. The company has been operating for almost 10 years with offices locally and in the UAE. They embrace a multicultural environment hence English must be fluent.

I am currently looking to hire for client operating in the fx industry a Head of PMO to be based ideally in Bucharest. The company is experiencing a phase of growth they are a multilicensed broker and they have recently proceeded with a large investment for expansion hence the reason for vital hires.

They have offices in Romania,Cyprus, UAE and more locations around the world but they would rather have this crucial position in Bucharest.

The Head of PMO will be responsible for vital projects within the group worldwide also managing a team.

Experience must be ideally from the fx or crypto industry and secondary relevant such as payments,liquidity providers and relevant.

Relocation to Bucharest can be discussed. Hybrid working model.
