USPIO Ltd is a technology company specializing in providing innovative solutions in the IT and software development industry. We need a specialist with a solid understanding of methodologies like Scrum and Agile and familiarity the technical aspects of product development to effectively collaborate with the dev-team.

Responsibilities:
-Defining and managing the product strategy by analyzing the market, competitors, and customer needs
-Establishing key goals and directions for product development
-Creating and managing the product backlog, including task prioritization and maintenance
-Ensuring transparency and communication by engaging with stakeholders, including customers, management, and the development team, to foster understanding of the product strategy and current tasks
-Prioritizing and planning product releases
-Gathering user feedback, testing new features, and improving the product based on received data
-Participating in task planning and estimation processes
-Supporting the development team throughout the development process
-Assisting in resolving technical issues by collaborating with the technical team to find optimal solutions.
-Analyzing the financial metrics of the product, including Return on Investment (ROI) and unit economics.
Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of experience of Product Owner position
-Ability to analyze data, conduct market research, assess competitors, and understand customer needs to define the product strategy.
-Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders and the development team.
-Ability to lead a team towards common goals, motivate, and inspire colleagues to achieve success.
-Capability to determine priorities for various product features and capabilities in alignment with business goals and user needs.
Experience in collecting user feedback, testing new features, and iteratively improving the product based on this feedback.
-Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements, flexibly responding to challenges and opportunities
