Title:** Administrator


Location: Limassol, Cyprus

On-site, full time

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to manage office operations and support the smooth running of the organization. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing office supplies, maintaining records, and coordinating with different departments to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management: Maintain office efficiency by organizing
office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, and managing
filing systems.
• Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support
to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing
reports, and handling correspondence.
• Records Management: Ensure that all records, both digital and
paper, are accurately maintained, updated, and archived as necessary.
• Communication: Serve as the point of contact between internal
departments, clients, and external partners, ensuring timely and effective
communication.
• Procurement: Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all
stock is ordered and maintained within budget.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate internal and
external meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Enter data accurately into company
databases and systems. Generate reports and summaries for management.
• Project Support: Assist with planning and executing company
events, projects, and other special tasks as assigned.
• Financial Admin: Process invoices, manage petty cash, and assist
with budget tracking.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 year of experience in office administration or a
similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software and systems.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. English
and Greek language requested.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking
abilities with attention to detail.
• Problem Solving: Ability to independently solve problems and take
initiative when required.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Confidentiality: Demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive or
confidential information.
