Responsibilities:
▪️Manage and oversee the accurate processing of securities transactions;
▪️Verify transaction data for accurate input into systems, and resolve any issues that come up during processing;
▪️Set up, validate, and ensure the accurate charging and deduction of commissions from clients;
▪️Verify the correctness of expirations, deliveries, and settlements of options;
▪️Control and monitor errors and inconsistencies in submission and processing of the non-trading orders;
▪️Collaborate with the reconciliation department to identify and correct potential errors or omissions in the bookkeeping of financial transactions;
▪️Processing of orders, establishing transactions, and conversions;
▪️Providing reports, clarifications on non-standard issues;
▪️Adjustments/checks for current requests, transactions, clients, orders, and tools;
▪️Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of securities transaction settlements;
▪️Coordinate with institutional clients and other departments on investigations, support non-standard setups and arrangements, and handle exceptions to standard transaction routines.

Required skills and experience:
▪️Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics;
▪️Prior experience in financial services, preferably brokerage, custodial businesses, or financial departments, will be a strong plus;
▪️Advanced Excel skills and experience with semi-automated spreadsheets;
▪️Ability to work with large volumes of data;
▪️Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus;
▪️Strong analytical mindset with a focus on identifying and correcting discrepancies in financial transactions and processes;
▪️High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
▪️Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments (IT, Reconciliation, etc.);
▪️Working command of Russian and English languages.
