Responsibilities:
▪️Processing / authorization financial transactions execution upon Client’s Instructions for withdrawals, internal transfers, deposits while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements;
▪️Communications with banks, payment systems and internal divisions of the company;
▪️Communication with client’s managers in order to resolve customers’ inquiries/requests for deposits/withdrawals and other pending cases;
▪️Analyzing and interpreting payment data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in payment behavior;
▪️Search for new ideas and tools, as well as optimization of payment processes;
▪️Detection fraud and suspicious activities associated with payment processing;
▪️Participation in setting tasks for technical improvements and process automation.

Required skills and experience:
▪️Degree in finance / economic;
▪️Experience of at least 2 years in the financial and technological industry;
▪️Knowledge of payment processing systems, payment methods, industry standards (e.g. SWIFT, SEPA);
▪️Previous experience in banking/brokerage companies will be an advantage;
▪️Attentiveness to details, analytical approach to job responsibilities;
▪️MS Excel at a high level;
▪️Fluency in Russian and English;
▪️Developed oral and written communication skills;
▪️Ability to work effectively in a team.
