We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and help attract the best specialists to work on innovative products.

Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment of IT specialists (development, support, analysts, etc.).
- Drafting job profiles and posting advertisements on various platforms.
- Actively sourcing and headhunting candidates through professional networks
- Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates' technical and soft skills.
- Coordinating offer terms and supporting candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process.
- Collaborating with team leaders to accurately define job requirements.
- Contributing to the development of the company’s HR brand and shaping a positive candidate experience;
- Participating in other HR Projects as may be required .

Requirements:
- Experience as an IT recruiter for at least 1 year.
- Strong knowledge of the IT market and technical roles.
- Ability to use various tools for active candidate sourcing.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to quickly understand job requirements and find suitable candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate level of English or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a technology company or e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Participation in HR conferences or professional communities.
