Objective of the Position:**
Ensure the stable and secure operation of Retail Rocket Group's IT infrastructure, as well as the implementation and support of innovative solutions aimed at improving business process efficiency. The IT Manager role involves leading the IT team, strategic planning, and operational management of projects related to scaling and optimizing the company's information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company's IT strategy in line with long-term business goals and market demands.
2. Team Management: Lead the IT department, set tasks, monitor performance, and foster the development and motivation of employees.
3. Project Management: Coordinate and execute projects involving the implementation of new technologies and IT solutions, manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
4. Infrastructure and Security: Ensure stable operation of IT infrastructure, monitor and manage IT resources, and ensure information security and data protection.
5. Optimization and Automation: Identify opportunities for automating and optimizing business processes and implement relevant solutions.
6. Collaboration with Other Departments: Align IT initiatives with business needs, interact with internal and external clients to ensure a high level of service.
7. Budget Control: Develop and monitor the IT budget, optimize expenses related to IT infrastructure and projects.

Requirements:
- Higher education in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, network technologies, and security systems.
- Experience in project and team management, including managing distributed and remote teams.
- Knowledge of best practices in ITIL, DevOps, and project management methodologies - Ability to work in a multitasking environment, with a high level of responsibility and self-organization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with CRM/CSM systems and Sales Enablement Systems.
- Understanding of REST API, Webhooks, and other methods of data exchange between systems.
- English proficiency at least at the Upper-Intermediate level.
