What we expect from you:
Strong data analysis skills.
Proficiency in SQL, specifically within BigQuery.
Strong understanding of game metrics.
Knowledge of the casual mobile games genre, including an understanding of game mechanics, events, mini-games, and their potential impact.
Experience with game and marketing analytics tools.
Understanding of in-game monetization techniques, including in-app purchases, ads, and subscriptions.

What you will be doing:
Analyze game performance and make adjustments to balance and feature design.
Design game mechanics, systems, and features using analysis of game metrics and competitor insights.
Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features and changes on player engagement and retention.
Design and balance in-game economies, progression systems, and rewards to enhance player experience and monetization.
Support live operations by analyzing in-game events and player behavior, providing recommendations for live content updates.
