Job Title: Chief Information Officer (CIO) SPI Group

As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s information technology strategy and ensuring that the IT systems, applications, and infrastructure align with the organization’s business goals and objectives. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive digital transformation, innovation, and security across all business units, while ensuring that IT resources support the company’s overall growth strategy. The CIO will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior leadership to integrate technology solutions that drive operational excellence and create competitive advantages.

**Qualifications
** ▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
▪ 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, including 5+ years in a senior management role, ideally as a CIO or similar executive position.
▪ Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives in a large, complex organization.
▪ Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, IoT, and data analytics.
▪ Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance regulations, and data privacy standards.
▪ Demonstrated ability to develop and manage large budgets and drive cost-effective IT operations.
▪ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
▪ Experience in managing vendor relationships and large-scale IT projects.
