**Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Director** to lead the global technology strategy and digital transformation of Stoli Group.
This role will drive the integration of ERP systems, global IT infrastructure, and advanced technologies — including AI, automation, and data analytics — to improve operational efficiency and support the company’s global growth.

**Key Responsibilities
🔹 IT Strategy & Leadership**
Define and execute global IT strategy aligned with business goals
Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
Partner with leadership to improve operational performance through technology
🔹 ERP & Systems Integration
Lead ERP implementation and optimization (SAP / Oracle)
Ensure integration across production sites, warehouses, and global distribution networks
🔹 AI & Technology Innovation
Develop and implement the Group’s AI strategy
Deploy AI solutions in areas such as:
Customer service automation
Financial analytics
Supply chain optimization
Production efficiency
Marketing insights
🔹 Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
Maintain secure and scalable global IT infrastructure
Implement cybersecurity frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance
🔹 Digital Transformation
Drive automation across operations, logistics, finance, and marketing

Build and lead a high-performing global IT team
Manage IT budget and vendor relationships

**Requirements
**✔ 10+ years of IT leadership experience
✔ Strong experience with ERP systems and global IT infrastructure
✔ Proven track record in digital transformation and AI implementation
✔ Experience in FMCG / manufacturing / global supply chain environments preferred
✔ Strong strategic, leadership, and project management skills
🎓 Degree in IT / Computer Science / Business (MBA preferred)

As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s information technology strategy and ensuring that the IT systems, applications, and infrastructure align with the organization’s business goals and objectives. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive digital transformation, innovation, and security across all business units, while ensuring that IT resources support the company’s overall growth strategy. The CIO will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior leadership to integrate technology solutions that drive operational excellence and create competitive advantages.

**Qualifications
** ▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
▪ 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, including 5+ years in a senior management role, ideally as a CIO or similar executive position.
▪ Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives in a large, complex organization.
▪ Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, IoT, and data analytics.

**JOB TITLE:

SAP ABAP software developer**
 
SUMMARY:

The ultra-premium category is the fastest growing & most dynamic part of the beverage alcohol market. Stoli Group is looking to reshape the market landscape by establishing the most powerful and sustainable ultra-premium spirits and wines portfolio in the industry.
 
We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP ABAP Programmer to join our in-house SAP support/IT team which support SAP ERP and other systems in international environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing SAP systems, primarily focusing on ABAP development projects. Experience in SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (iRPA) and SAP BTP will be considered an advantage.
 
**Key Responsibilities
**
• Develop custom programs, interfaces, forms, workflows, and reports primarily within the ABAP environment
• Translate functional specifications into technical specifications
• Enhance and modify existing modules according to business requirements
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to implement and deploy SAP solutions
• Perform thorough testing of provided programs
• Provide training to the users
• Design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation solutions with SAP iRPA
• Help maintain other software and systems
• Document all programming and system changes
 
**Skills & Qualifications
**
• Minimum of 3 years experience in SAP ABAP development
• Strong skills in ABAP tools such as Web Dynpro, Smart Forms, SAPScript, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL, REST API, HTML, basics of front-end scripting and DOM
• Experience in Object-Oriented programming
• Understanding of SAP modules like SD, MM, FI
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Advantageous: Experience in SAP iRPA (Intelligent Robotic Process Automation)
• Advantageous: Knowledge of SAP BTP, Cloud Development Studio
• Advantageous: knowledge of JavaScript
• Advantageous: EDI, IDOC
• Proficiency in English
