VentorTech is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead efforts in identifying new growth opportunities and driving strategic market expansion.
Needed:
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within IT or ERP systems.
• Upper-Intermediate+ level of English, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and client acquisition methods.
• Understanding the business processes in sales.
• Proficiency in working with CRM systems.
Optional (but advantageous):
• Strong knowledge of the Odoo platform or similar ERP systems.
• Domain knowledge in Logistics, Accounting & Finance, Customer Relationship
• Management (CRM), Project Management, E-Commerce, Manufacturing and MRP.
• Proficiency in languages other than English.
